NHS England has developed new ways to improve your experience of work with these short 10 to 20 minute guides developed by experts for everyone in the health and care workforce. The aim is to help you manage your own health and wellbeing whilst looking after others.
This will help to create more inclusive workplaces and deliver a fairer society by increasing ethnic minority representation, in order to ensure that our priorities are designed with the communities they aim to support.

This programme is aimed at leaders working towards strategic board level, system leadership. Connect across service areas/functions to deliver successful outcomes for patients, sectors, communities or staff. The programme will now commence on 5 July 2021 and the closing date for applications is 30 April 2021.
