Our Partnership is made up of organisations working closely together to plan services and address the challenges facing health and care services across the area.
In this section you will find links to useful information and publications about our partnership.
We are committed to meaningful conversations with people, on the right issues at the right time. We believe this is an important part of the way we work.
Engagement gives people an opportunity to have their say on services. By gathering people's views, it helps us understand what matters to people.
In this section you will find all Freedom of Information (FOI) requests made to our Partnership. You can also ask a question of your own.
NHS England has developed new ways to improve your experience of work with these short 10 to 20 minute guides developed by experts for everyone in the health and care workforce. The aim is to help you manage your own health and wellbeing whilst looking after others.
In West Yorkshire and Harrogate, we are embracing the opportunity to increase the sphere of influence across senior leadership by launching the BAME Fellowship Programme that will enable the Partnership to develop careers, as well as system leaders.
This will help to create more inclusive workplaces and deliver a fairer society by increasing BAME representation, in order to ensure that our priorities are designed with the communities they aim to support.
Applications are now open for the Senior Placement development programme (advert will appear in a new window). This is aimed at experienced leaders who are looking to bridge practical experience gaps coupled with strategic board level, system leadership development that has been a barrier to career progression. The programme will start on 25 November 2020 and the closing date for applications is 6 November 2020. More details here.

How we facilitate the work: by enabling the Partnership, programmes and places to define their vision, understand the current situation, plan how to get there and implement the change using the following framework and based on a foundation of leadership behaviours.
