Our Partnership is made up of organisations working closely together to plan services and address the challenges facing health and care services across the area.
In this section you will find links to useful information and publications about our partnership.
We are committed to meaningful conversations with people, on the right issues at the right time. We believe this is an important part of the way we work.
In this section you will find all Freedom of Information (FOI) requests made to our Partnership. You can also ask a question of your own.
The following resources have been selected by our experts as representing best practice and being accessible to all our health and care colleagues. They have been brought together to support health and wellbeing with a focus on all areas of life, care, and work. This is a longer term offer, with the intention to sustain beyond Covid-19. It recognises that we are all individuals and may require different support at different points, during these challenging times.
This model describes the three areas of support which are self, team and others - all covered by this health and wellbeing framework which shows the key principles and resources at a glance.
Self – mindfulness, resilience toolkits, time to talk ideas, exercise classes
Team – daily huddles / wellbeing space / room and the PIES principle
Others – external support – local and national
For August 2020, our spotlight continues with self-care

Our new workforce health and wellbeing offer provides free REACT Mental Health® conversation training for managers, supervisors and those with caring responsibilities, in clinical and non-clinical services across all our health and care organisations.
These short training sessions are delivered online and will help managers and supervisors identify and support people in their team or community who may be struggling with their mental health. This would be particularly beneficial for those working in areas exposed to high risk of stress or burnout, and disadvantaged groups during Covid-19.
Find out more about this training offer, and how to book onto a session, in this flyer.
