Our Partnership is made up of organisations working closely together to plan services and address the challenges facing health and care services across the area.
In this section you will find links to useful information and publications about our partnership.
We are committed to meaningful conversations with people, on the right issues at the right time. We believe this is an important part of the way we work.
Engagement gives people an opportunity to have their say on services. By gathering people's views, it helps us understand what matters to people.
In this section you will find all Freedom of Information (FOI) requests made to our Partnership. You can also ask a question of your own.

These plans, alongside our West Yorkshire and Harrogate priorities, make up our West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership draft plan. This work, managed in partnership, allows us to work together on good practice and shared solutions.
We will be continually engaging with health and social care staff and the public to further develop our plans, ensuring the involvement of everyone in future conversations around proposals for change.
Since the creation of West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership in March 2016, the way we work has been further strengthened by a shared commitment to deliver the best care and outcomes possible for the 2.7 million people living in our area. Our commitment remains the same and our goal is simple: we want everyone in West Yorkshire and Harrogate to have a great start in life, and the support they need to stay healthy and live longer. We are committed to tackling health inequalities and to improving the lives of the poorest fastest. Our commitment to an NHS free at the point of delivery remains steadfast, and our response to the challenges we face is to strengthen our partnerships.
We have agreed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen our joint working arrangements and to support the next stage of development of our Partnership. It builds on our existing collaborative work to establish more robust mutual accountability and break down barriers between our separate organisations.
We all agree that working more closely together is the only way we can tackle these challenges and achieve our ambitions. This Memorandum demonstrates our clear commitment to do this.
