Our Partnership is made up of organisations working closely together to plan services and address the challenges facing health and care services across the area.
In this section you will find links to useful information and publications about our partnership.
We are committed to meaningful conversations with people, on the right issues at the right time. We believe this is an important part of the way we work.
Engagement gives people an opportunity to have their say on services. By gathering people's views, it helps us understand what matters to people.
In this section you will find all Freedom of Information (FOI) requests made to our Partnership. You can also ask a question of your own.
West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership is an ‘Integrated Care System’. We work in partnership with NHS organisations, councils, Healthwatch, charities and the community, voluntary & social enterprise sector to improve the health and wellbeing of local people living in our six local places:
Since our Partnership began in 2016, we have worked hard to build the relationships needed to deliver better health and care locally and across West Yorkshire and Harrogate so we can support people to improve their lives with them.
You can read more about our Partnership and how we're working together to improve the lives of the 2.7 million people in West Yorkshire and Harrogate in our 'Better Health and Wellbeing for Everyone - Our Five Year Plan', which we published in 2019.
We have a number of other strategic plans and other documents available to read and download on our publications page.
The West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership Board further strengthens joint working arrangements between organisations involved in our Partnership. It was established in 2019 and meets on a quarterly basis.
